Lessons in Life

Over the past couple of weeks, I've been in a very philosophical mood. Not un-common with me!
I've been thinking a lot about various things and trying to make a lot of changes in my life. Like what? Let's just say its time to get rid of certain things, adjust, plan and make way for something new. Now that cleared up everything right. I guess I am in a 'vague mood' too!

I came across these words somewhere and thought I'd share them.

I choose to live by choice, not by chance

to make changes, not excuses.

to be motivated, not manipulated.

to be useful, not used.

to excel, not compete.

I choose self esteem, not self pity

I choose to listen to my inner voice, not random opinion of others.

Words to live by!

Also, thank you all for your comments on my previous post. I immensely enjoyed reading every single comment. Almost everybody had something to say and it was great to read everyone's different ideas and opinions. Thanks a lot for reading, and more importantly for responding! :)
