So cyclone Nilam paid us a visit. Thankfully no major disasters happened except that my cell phone flew right from my hands and smashed into a tree while I was trying to record the experience-of-being-in-the-eye-of-the-cyclone-for-the-first-time-ever-in-my-life. It survived.I had a couple of days off, so naturally I had to go laze around at the beach. Except that it was raining constantly (which is the best time to visit the beach in India if you ask me) . And it was so cold – Four words I never thought I would utter while in Chennai.
