November.
The month of light & dark. It’s been a confusing month for sure. There have been highlights like being a panelist for a discussion on blogging in the #NewAgeLitFest and enjoying the first Deepavali after marriage at home, and it’s also been a month where I’ve been under the weather for days for some or the other reason.
And days when I’ve wondered as to what the hell am I doing with my life. Why do we humans have this insane urge for something other than the present moment? Always a yearning for something in the future, something better, a direction, a promising path. Or is it just me? I feel like I’m forever anxious and stressing about something vague, and I’ve never been able to figure out what exactly that something was.
That’s how the whole of November has been.
Sort of similar to the mood we tried to capture in these images. The contrast between the colours of the dress and the interiors of the cafe. The contrast of shadows and bright sunlight. You can’t have one without the other.
