#OGBloggerstyle – Vivre Coloré

// OG typically means “Original Gangster”. It’s also slang for someone who’s real, authentic and a hip way of showing respect for someone who’s an expert in their field. In this chaotic world of blogging and becoming an influencer, we wanted to stand above the noise. We – a group of 4 girls, the first movers in fashion & lifestyle blogging in Hyderabad, each of us with our own distinct style and personal brand. This series is an ode to blogging, creating original content and women supporting women in a field that most people think is based on looks, likes and numbers. We are here to break that myth and create quality content with unique themes and all of us sharing screen space. Along the way we are collaborating with like-minded photographers, make-up artists, designers and location partners to create this unique series. Come join us! //

So this month’s (November) idea for the #OGBlogger shoot was to go all out with colours and prints. The idea was to be our colourful best and let all of our personalities shine, and BURST out vibrantly.

Kitsch fashion has never really been my forte, and I’ve always stuck to my basics and neutral colours. So this was new to me, and I was quite excited to push myself out of my comfort zone with both my outfit and makeup. After all fashion is a form creative self expression, and there’s always a wild and colourful side to you that’s just waiting to be discovered.

Creating such content is always a challenge because there are so many aspects to organise and so many people to coordinate with, and even then there’s always something that goes wrong at the last minute. Nevertheless, the end result is always satisfactory!
