A couple of weeks back, I was invited to Soul salon and spa for experiencing their services. Soul salon has been around in Hyderabad for more than 8 years, but it’s only recently that they have renovated the entire place, and introduced a lot of new items on their menu. It is also one of the few places in hyderabad that offers an authentic Thai massage in their spa. They have the usual deep tissue, Swedish massage and Ayurvedic massages too, but what caught my eye was their signature fusion massages – combining the strokes of a Swedish massage with the pressure of a deep tissue massage. The result I must say, was absolutely relaxing and my body felt like it was in heaven. Like most places you have an option to choose the kind of oil you want for therapy. Between rose, lavender and sandalwood, I went for my favourite – which is sandalwood. The shower/sauna area in the therapy rooms are slightly small and I would have preferred something little more spacious and a little less claustrophobic. Some might be okay with it, but for me personally, I’ve seen better.
They also have their salon with a vast team of experts. More than any other service, I think I was the most impressed and happiest with my haircut/styling that I got done. All my life, I could never easily makeup my mind about what kind of hairstyle I wanted. Every time I went for a haircut it was either cut a few inches too short to my liking or they simply couldn’t understand what I wanted, or probably I myself was pretty bad at translating the pretty picture I had in my mind, into instructions, to the stylist.
But the head stylist here literally read my mind. Also, very unlike my usual controlling self, I gave him full freedom to change my hairstyle the way he thought was best. I think that’s the best thing I could have done. Just sit back, relax and let the experts take over. And oh boy! I LOVED the result. I think this is the happiest I’ve ever been after a haircut. And if you are a girl you know how important and rare that feeling is!
They also have a nail bar where you can get gel nails done, they have services like eyelash extensions, olaplaex treatment and so much more! It’s a truly a place for your body, mind and soul and with so many services under one roof, you definitely need to check this place out!
