After months of neglecting to buy any Indian wear, I suddenly found myself in desperate need of some good, casual Indian dresses. I recently came across a new brand of Indian wear called Rangriti and the collection that they had seemed to meet my needs perfectly since they have a huge collection of cotton tops for women. Cottons are a must for me in summer and I tend to stock up on those in plenty every season. I’ve been seeing a lot of layered kurtas off late, and I think they make for an interesting change from the regular ones. Just a single extra layer can add a lot to a simple design. These can be teamed with a palazzos for the perfect Indian look.
Embroided waist coats go really well for an Indo-fusion look. My favorite way to pair this would be to team a kurta with jeans, add a waist coat and some juttis!
Kaftans need not be restricted to beach holidays. I find that they can be flattering on every body type and also suitable for every occasion. You can just as easily wear them to office or for a dressy dinner affair!
Nothing is as elegant and classy as a full sleeved, high neck kurta. There’s something about the look that gives it an almost royal feel. Pair with with a high pony tail and some jhumaks for a perfect look
